An example from the epic Ramayana involves a classic rivalry between two sages, Visvamitra and Vasishta. Visvamitra's jealousy of Vasishta's exalted status led him on a transformative journey to attain self-realization.

The Sanskrit word anasuya signifies the absence of envy, jealousy, and malice. To foster spiritual growth, it's essential to shed jealousy, anger, and timidity.

It's crucial for senior managers to encourage humility and modesty among employees.
